Terms and Conditions:

  1. Fee is inclusive of:
    • Admission to conference venue, keynote and parallel sessions
    • Lunch and two coffee breaks,
    • Conference Programme
    • Conference Kit
    • Presenter/Listener/Session Chair Certificate
    • Publication of paper in Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM and online)
    • Paper submission, review and formatting.
  2. The fee does NOT cover traveling expenses and lodging for participants.
  3. Students must upload valid Student ID (JPEG or PDF) when prompted by our online registration system.
  4. Co-authors/co-presenters must register and make payment separately.
  5. Each additional paper submitted by an author, must be paid for separately.
  6. Only paid participants will be allowed into the venue and receive conference certificates.
  7. Participants who registered under Malaysian Citizen category may be asked to show their MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card) at the registration desk.
  8. All of the above fees & conditions may change without notice.

How to Make Payment

Conference fees can be made via Online Payment or Bank Transfer/Wire.

Online Payment:

The easiest way to pay is via online payment. Most major credit cards are accepted. Just login to the conference management system HERE and follow the instructions given. There will be a small processing fee charged on top of the conference fee by our payment system provider.

Bank Transfer:

Another method is through normal bank transfer / remittance.

Please note that ALL bank charges are to be paid by the registrant and not deducted from the remitted amount. For example is your fee is USD 350 and the bank charges you USD 5 then the total you have to spend is USD 355. The secretariat reserves the right to not to process a registration if the full amount has not been transferred into our account. Please consult your bank for more information.

In order for us to know which paper the payment is for, please send a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt to [email protected]. PLEASE INCLUDE THE PAPER ID on the receipt. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the payment arrives into our account.

Payment Deadlines

Please make your payment early as possible. Late payment could result in authors missing out on being included in the conference proceedings CD-ROM and/or conference programme.

Refund Policy

  • USD50 will be deducted will be deducted from all refunds due to administrative costs incurred.
  • Withdrawals made later than 30 days before the start of the event, do not qualify for a refund.
  • No refunds will be made to participant for event cancellations due to force majeure such as natural disasters, civil unrest or other similar unforeseen and uncontrollable events.
  • The transfer of refunded amount will be performed by the secretariat no earlier than 30 days after the conference date.
