Dates to Remember:

NOTE:

1. We normally email abstract acceptance notifications to authors as soon as the review process is complete. Please ensure that you had entered your email address correctly during registration and check your spam folder in case our mail gets routed there. Please contact the conference secretariat if no result (acceptance/rejection) is received by the tenth working day after your submission.
2. The conference programme and proceedings will normally be sent for printing well before the conference starts. Please submit your payment before 15 September 2015 to ensure that your full paper is included in the proceedings. Although we accept payments made later than this date, we can neither guarantee you a presentation slot nor include your paper in the proceedings before the event. Only participants who have paid the conference fee in full will be allowed to enter the presentation rooms and receive certificates.
