Getting to London

The most direct way to get to London is to travel with a commercial airline to London Heathrow Airport (IATA code: LHR). It is one of the most well-connected airports servicing many major carriers from all over the world. Visitors can also arrive in London via other airports such as Gatwick, Stansted and Luton.

Visa/Immigration

EU and a number of non-EU foreign citizens may enter the UK without a visa. However, we strongly advise you to check visa requirements related to visitors from your own country before making travel arrangements. Sponsorship / Guarantee Letters

• The secretariat will NOT issue any letters indicating sponsorship or guarantee on behalf of you if you have been asked to do so by the UK government. It is the participants’ own responsibility to obtain such documents themselves.
• The secretariat will not refund anyone for cancellations due to visa rejections or participant’s inability to enter the country.
• We cannot change the decision of the UK immigration authorities or any other government departments, nor will we make any appeals on behalf of the applicant.
• All questions/correspondence regarding the status of your visa should be directed to the UK Consulate/Embassy in your home country.
