Important Note:

Fee is calculated on a per paper per person basis. Each paper submitted by an author, must be paid for respectively. Similarly, each co-author of a paper is subject to the above rates if they wish to attend either as a presenter or listener.

Only paying participants will receive the certificate of participation.

Valid identification documents (such as Student ID Card) must be emailed to the secretariat to qualify for special rates.

How to Make Payment

There are two methods to pay your registration fees i.e. via Online Payment or Bank Transfer/Wire.

Online Payment:

The easiest way to pay is via online payment. Just login to our conference management system HERE and follow the instructions given.

Bank Transfer:

Please note that ALL bank charges are to be paid by the registrant and not deducted from the remitted amount. The secretariat reserves the right to not to process a registration if the full amount has not been transferred into our account. Please consult your bank.

In order that we easily identify your payment when we receive it, please send a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt to [email protected]. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we have received the official receipt proof of payment.

Please make your payment early. Late payment may result in papers not being published in the proceedings.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy covers refund requests due to ANY reason, including VISA rejections or cancelled flights. Please notify the secretariat EARLY if you wish to withdraw your participation and request a refund.

  • If your notification is received between 30 to 15 days before the event, USD100 (for international participants) or RM200 (for local participants) will be deducted for administrative costs incurred.
  • Withdrawals made later than 15 days before the start of the event, do not qualify for a refund.
  • The transfer of refunded amount will be performed by the secretariat no earlier than two weeks after the payment deadline has passed.
