Please make your payment as early as possible. Late payment could result in authors missing out on being included in the conference proceedings CD-ROM and/or conference program.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Participants must choose between the following categories:
    • VIRTUAL – covers participation in the conference
    • ON-SITE – covers participation in the conference
  2. Under the VIRTUAL category, the fee is inclusive of:
    • Access to the online presentation platform or playback of pre-recorded presentation for live viewing (for Presenters)
    • Online viewing of keynote and parallel sessions
    • Conference Programme (via Email)
    • Presenter/Audience Certificate (via Email)
    • Publication of paper in Online Conference Proceedings
    • Access to paper submission system and paper review.
  3. Under the ON-SITE category, the fee is inclusive of:
    • Admission to the conference venue, keynote and parallel sessions
    • Lunch and two coffee breaks,
    • Conference Programme
    • Conference Kit
    • Presenter/Listener/Session Chair Certificate (printed)
    • Publication of paper in Online Conference Proceedings
    • Access to paper submission system and paper review.
  4. The fee does NOT cover travel expenses and lodging for participants.
  5. Students must upload a valid Student ID (JPEG or PDF) when prompted by our online registration system.
  6. Co-authors/co-presenters must register and make payment separately.
  7. Each additional paper submitted by an author must be paid for separately.
  8. Only paid participants will be allowed into the physical venue or virtual viewing.
  9. Certificates will only be issued upon confirmation of payment.
  10. All of the above fees & conditions may change without notice.

Conference Kits (ON-SITE PARTICIPANTS ONLY)

  1. Upon signing in, paying participants will receive the Conference Kit, which comprises of:
    • Certificates* (Listener/Presenter/Chair/Featured)
    • Program Booklet
    • Souvenirs/Merchandise Items (if any)
  2. Collection of kits may only be done during the event day.
  3. Any uncollected kits will be disposed of 90 days after the end of the event.
  4. Postal delivery of certificates:
    • An additional fee of USD35 will be charged for postal delivery of the kits.
    • Kits will only be sent after receiving the postage fee from the participant.
    • This is a fixed rate for all locations worldwide.

Refund Policy

  • All refund requests must be made in writing through email or an official letter.
  • A fee of USD50 will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs incurred.
  • Refund requests must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the event. Withdrawals made after this date do not qualify for a refund.
  • No refunds will be given in the event of cancellations or postponements due to force majeure i.e. circumstances beyond the control of the organizers including (but not limited to) earthquakes, typhoons, disease, pollution, civil unrest, terrorism-related risks, and any government-enforced cancellations.
  • The transfer of refunded amount will be performed by the event secretariat no earlier than 30 days after the last day of the conference.
