Terms & Conditions – Audience / Delegate

  1. Audience must choose between the following categories:
    • VIRTUAL (an audience participating in the conference remotely via the Internet)
    • ON-SITE  (an audience who is present physically at the event venue) 
  1. Under the VIRTUAL category, the fee covers:
    • Online viewing of keynote and parallel sessions
    • Program Booklet / Book of Abstracts (via Email)
    • PDC copy pf Certificate of Participation (via Email)
  2. For ON-SITE participants, the fee includes:
    • Admission to the conference venue, keynote and parallel sessions
    • Light refreshments during coffee breaks
    • Program Booklet / Book of Abstracts
    • Conference Kit
    • Certificate of Participation (printed)
  3. The organizers will not be held liable for any technical or network errors that may prevent participants to view live presentations session during the event days.
  4. On-site participants will receive the Conference Kit, which comprises of:
    • Certificates
    • Program Booklet or Book of Abstracts
    • Souvenirs/Merchandise Items (subject to availability)
  5. Collection of kits may only be performed during the event day.
  6. Any uncollected kits will be disposed of 90 days after the end of the event.
  7. Postal delivery of printed certificates:
    • An additional fee of USD35 will be charged for postal delivery of printed certificates.
    • Certificates will only be sent after receiving the postage fee from the participant.

  1. NO SHOW BY PARTICIPANT. Fees paid will be forfeited and no refunds will be given if a participant withdraws or fails to attend the event.
  2. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. The fees paid by participants will be carried forward to the next event in the organizer’s calendar.
  3. FORCE MAJEURE. This covers occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, including but not limited to acts of God, war, armed conflict, strikes or labor disputes in the host country, disease in the host country,  government regulation or warning, civil disturbance in the host country, terrorism or threats of terrorism, curtailment of transportation services or facilities which would materially affect attendees from attending the conference, disaster, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, unseasonable extreme inclement weather in the region, shortages or disruption of the electrical power supply, or any other cause reasonably beyond the organizer’s control, making the organizer’s duties and obligations commercially impracticable, impracticable to perform, illegal, or impossible.  In such case, no refunds will be given to participants nor will the organizers be held liable toward any financial losses or damages suffered by participants.
  4. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT DUE TO OTHER REASONS. The fees paid by participants will be carried forward to the next event in the organizer’s calendar.
  5. Appeals for refunds will only be entertained if they are made no later than 30 days before the planned event day. If successful, a fee of USD50 shall be deducted from fee to cover administrative costs and other expenses already incurred by the organizer.

    • VIRTUAL (presenting in the conference from a remote location via the Internet)
    • ON-SITE  (presenting physically at the event venue) 
  1. Under the VIRTUAL category, the fee covers:
    • Access to the online presentation platform or playback of the author’s pre-recorded video.
    • Online viewing of keynote and parallel sessions
    • Program Booklet / Book of Abstracts (via Email)
    • Certificate of Participation (via Email)
    • Publication of paper in Online Conference Proceedings
    • Access to paper submission system and paper review.

  1. Co-authors of a single paper will qualify for a special co-author rate AFTER at least one of them has made full payment at standard rate.
  2. A discount code will be emailed to the author who has made the standard rate payment
  3. Remaining co-authors may use this code to get the co-author rate at checkout

  1. This service depends on availability of language editors at time of request
  2. This is service is only available for participants who have fully paid their conference fees.
  3. Request must be made no later than 90 days before the start of event
  4. Completion of editing and proofreading may take up to 60 days
  5. Editing and proofreading is based on a “best-effort” approach and the organizers will not be responsible for any errors or changes to the paper content or intended meaning.
  1. Authors will be asked to provide written consent in order to facilitate the publication of the paper in the online proceedings. 
  2. The publisher reserves the right to reproduce the paper or parts of the paper, in its other publications or for other purposes.
  3. Authors may reuse the said papers in university theses, dissertations or for other non-profit academic uses without needing permission from the publisher by ensuring proper citation/acknowledgement and/or by stating the fact that the paper has been presented at this particular conference before.
  4. Authors are strongly advised against republishing unmodified copies of the conference paper in other publications.
