In appreciation of the support given to us, the ICSAI Executive Committee is pleased to offer past participants an exclusive scholarship to participate in selected events in our 2019 calendar.

As a recipient of this scholarship, the committee will cover on your behalf 50% of the registration fees for the following events:

1. 14th International Conference on Language, Literature, Culture and Education (ICLLCE), Kuala Lumpur - 6th July 2019
   
2. 4th International Mobile Education and Learning Technologies Conference (IMELT), Kuala Lumpur - 6th July 2019
   

How to Participate:

1. Visit the event’s online registration system by clicking on the link above.
2. You must log in using the same username and password used to in your last ICSAI conference. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Username’ if necessary.
3. Fill up the online form. You will be assigned either a Registration ID or a Paper ID by the system. Please copy this ID.
4. Return to this page. Fill up the scholarship acceptance form at the bottom of this page. Enter the Registration ID or Paper ID that has been assigned to you by the online registration system. Click on SUBMIT.
5. You will receive an invoice with scholarship amount already deducted from the total amount.
6. Settle the remaining fees to confirm your participation!

Terms & Conditions:

1. This scholarship is only valid for the event(s) listed above.
2. The scholarship is only valid for paid participant of an ICSAI conference between December 2014 and April 2019.
3. The recipient is required to enter the title of the last ICSAI event joined in the form below for verification.
4. ICSAI reserves the right to reject scholarships applications if participation in past events cannot be verified.
5. Other than the conference registration fees, the scholarship does not cover any travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by the participant to attend the event(s).
6. This scholarship cannot be used together with Co-Author Discounts, Multiple Paper Discounts or any other fee reductions offered by the events above.
7. This scholarship cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of product or service.
8. For presenters, abstracts must be submitted before 12th June 2019 and payment of the remainder of the fees must be settled before 19th June 2019
9. For listeners, payments of the remainder of the fees must be settled before 19th June 2019
10. Payments must be made via Bank Transfer or ConfBay credit card payment system ONLY. PayPal credit card payment option cannot be used for this offer.
11. Not valid for “Conference + Tour” packages. However, tours may be purchased separately at USD100 per person.
